The first call up of the season happened today as the Kings called up forward Nikolai Prokhorkin and sent down forward Carl Grundstrom and defenseman Tobias Bjornfot to the Ontario Reign. Prokhorkin was drafted by the Kings in the 2012 draft. He played in the preseason with the Kings but is finally getting his shot at playing in the NHL
