2018-19 Regular Season Game 75 LA Kings Vs Calgary Flames

Good Evening Kings Fans! Tonight your LA Kings will head to western Canada for the final time this season, as they take on the Calgary Flames. The Flames will end the season with the best record in the Pacific Divsion and were the first team in the Western Conference to clinch a playoff berth this season. Kings forward Dustin Brown is on a six game point streak.

The Kings have been benching forward Ilya Kolvalcuk the past few games due to his performance with the team this season. At the beginning of the season the Kings sigined him to a three year deal and hoped Ilya could get back to the superstar form he was in when he last played in 2013. But instead the Kings got an older player who was way past his prime and did not put any effort in his game due to the team’s lack of scoring along with how this season has been played out. Kovalchuk did not travel with the team and stayed back in LA to practice.
