2018-19 Regular Season Game 30 Vegas Golden Knights Vs LA Kings

Good Afternoon Kings fans! Today your LA Kings take on the Vegas Golden Knights for the first time this season. Last season Vegas swept the Kings in the first round of the playoffs. The Kings continue to be at the bottom of the leauge but look to climb back up the rankings. Kings forward Nikita Scherbak will be playing his first game for the Kings today. The Kings also sent down forward Austin Wagner to get him some ice time.

The Kings are off to a slow start. Bad defense leads to an Vegas goal early on. Kings are not making crisp passes. Adrian Kempe had a great space and buried the puck in the net. The game is back and forth as both teams are getting good quality chances.

2nd period analysis.
Multiple icings early on. Vegas putting pressure early on in the period. Kings are putting shots on goal early in the period. Kings managed to kill of the penalty. Kings are getting chances in the offensive zone. Vegas putting pressure and getting chances as well. Kings are finally able to capitalize on the power play. Then the Kings has a burst of speed and score to take a two goal lead.
