2023-24 Regular Season Pregame 25 Winnipeg Jets Vs LA Kings

Good Afternoon Kings Fans! Welcome to tonight’s Western Conference matchup as the Winnipeg Jets are in town to take on your Los Angeles Kings.

The Kings come back home after a four game Eastern Conference road trip which saw the team break an NHL record for most wins on the road to start the season. Tonight's game will also be the return back to Los Angeles for former Kings Alex Iafallo, Rasmus Kupari, and Gabriel Vilardi who were traded to Winnipeg this past offseason for Pierre-Luc Dubois.

Some Pregame notes for the Kings is that defenseman Vladislav Gavrikov is out week-to-week after suffering a lower body injury against the New York Islanders on the team's second to final game on the road trip on Saturday.

Jacob Moverare will make his season debut for the Kings as he was recalled from Ontario today due to Gavrikov’s injury. Moverare has played a total of 21 games throughout his NHL career, he played 16 games for the Reign this season and has had a total of five assists.

The Jets will be without forward Kyle Connor as he was put on the injury reserve today.

Tonight’s game is at 7:30 PST from Crypto.com Arena. The game can be streamed on Bally Sports app or website for the Kings.

Nick Nickson, Jim Fox and Daryl Evans will have the call simulcasted on Bally Sports West and the Kings IHeartRadio Network.

For The Jets TV broadcast you can catch the game on TSN3 as Dan Robertson Kevin Sawyer and while Paul Edmonds and Jamie Thomas will have the radio call on 680 CJOB and Power 97.
