1st period analysis
Kings are off to a good start as Austin Wagner scored to give them a 1-0 lead. Austin Wagner passed to puck off the broads as Kyle Clifford picked up the puck and passed it back to Wagner for the goal. Wagner had a breakaway put couldn’t get in the net for his 2nd of the game. Kings are apllaying pressure in the Flyers zone.

At 7:00 minutes in the 2nd period the Flyers tied the game at 1-1. The goal was scored by number 14 Sean Couturier, the goal was his (1st of the game and 22nd of the season). Then at 12:33 the Kings made it 2-1. The goal was scored was scored by number 9 Adrian Kempe, the goal was his (1st of the game and 9th of the season).

2nd period analysis
Kings are still manta I bet pressure early in the period. Kings puck possession has been great so far throughout the game. The Flyers were getting some chances in the Kings zone but Jonathan Quick made a couple of nice saves. Adrian Kempe and Ilya Kovalchuk were been making some nice crisp passes when the were on the ice. Both teams getting into a little scuffle after the whistle. The Flyers get a goal to tie the game 1-1, as Sean Couturier backhanded to puck past Quick. Philadelphia has gained the momentum after the goal. Kings are blocking some shots to prevent a goal midway through regulation. Drew Doughty fired a bullet on the Flyers goalie Alex Stolarz. Kings get a 2 on 1 as Brendan Leipsic makes a sick pass to Adrian Kempe who fires one top shelf to make it a 2-1 game.

At 19:42 the Flyers tied the game at 2-2. The goal was scored by number 93 Jakub Voracek, the goal was his (1st goal of the game and 13th of the season).

There were no penalties in the 3rd period.

3rd period analysis
Kings have been playing good throughout the game. Jonathan Quick making some nice saves during the period. The Kings defense is playing good to hold the Kings lead. Dustin Brown has a breakaway late in the game but could not put it home. Flyers tie the game with 18 seconds left.

The game was tied at the end of regulation so the game went into overtime. 

There were no goals in overtime so the game went into a shootout. 

The Kings won the shootout by a score of 3-2 and the game 3-2.
