2019-20 Regular Season Game 21 LA Kings Vs Arizona Coyotes
1st Period analysis
Arizona strikes first early as the Coyotes get a goal via a tip in from Conor Garland. Arizona has momentum Throughout the first 10 minutes of the period. The Coyotes have been in the offensive zone and have been firing shots on net. The Coyotes have been flying down the ice into the offensive zone with lots of speed, and also stick checking the puck from the Kings on the defensive blue line. The Kings are getting chances on net but mostly are one and done type of shifts. The Kings are getting momentum in the offensive zone as Sean Walker and Nikolai Prohorkin had some great shot opportunities. The Kings take the first penalty of the game midway through the period and Arizona capitalizes on it. Derek Stepan shot the puck as it was in the air. The Kings take another penalty late in the period. The Kings manage to kill off the penalty.
