1st Period Analysis: The Kings start out the game strong by getting lots of pressure in the Ducks zone. The Ducks get the first goal of the game only two minutes into the game. Both teams get some good chances in their respective zones in the first five minutes of the game. The Kings get the first powerplay of the game early on. The Kings get some good looks on the powerplay but could not get it going on the powerplay, but the Kings do get a goal as Blake Lizotte feeds a nice pass to Adrian Kempe point blank on one knee, to tie the game for the Kings.
