On December 1st 2015 the LA Kings
played a divisional western conference game against the Vancouver Canucks at
Staples Center in downtown LA. This is the second meeting between the two teams
the Kings and Canucks played each other on October 13th the Canucks beat the
Kings 3-0. During the first period the Canucks scored on the power play. The
goal was scored by number 22 Daniel Sedin. That goal was Daniel's twelfth goal
of the season. Daniel Sedin has been leading the Canucks in scoring so far this
season. The Canucks had lead the Kings 1-0 though two periods. At 6:54 in the
third period the Kings scored to tie the game up at 1-1. Staples Center erupted
when the puck went in. The goal was scored by number 8 Drew Doughty. That goal
was Drew's third goal of the season. Both team has scored a goal on the power
play. The game went into overtime. With 2:02 left in overtime the Kings scored
to win the game. Staples Center was going insane. Number 11 Anze Kopitar scored
the game winning Overtime goal. It all started when Vancouver Canucks player
number 22 Daniel Sedin tried to pass it to his teammate but Kings player number
77 Jeff Carter steals the puck waits... and finds teammate number 11 Anze
Kopitar wide open to shoot it into the net. Kings win 2-1 in OT
